Knorr-Bremse AG

Knorr-Bremse AG manufactures such things as disc brakes for vehicles. Finding the head office takes me several miles from the city center on one of the
"ring roads" circling Munich. I never make it past the gated entry and non-English speaking guard. The place looks like it's in a time warp from the 1940's with most of the buildings on the site looking worn out. The guard lets me use the phone as I try to find out who ended up with my letter sent to Heinz Herman, Chairman, Management Board. No luck here as I'm quickly dismissed with a "we never received your letter" and I'm not given any background information on the company because "it's all in German".
