Munich

Munich, the capital of Bavaria seems to have it all: a broad base of big companies in various industries, universities, beautiful women and a destination spot for tourists. A local says Bavaria is to Germany what California is to the United States with Munich being compared to Los Angeles. Munich's famous Octoberfest is held on a site that easily measures at least six football fields. The giant statue of Bavaria watches over the festivities (yep, Bavaria is a woman--you can pay five German marks like I did and climb the steps up to a crawl space above her head to take a photo).
