Audiofina

I'm in another residential part of town about a mile from the city center trying to find Audiofina. It's principal asset is a 49% stake in CLT-UFA, Europe's largest broadcaster. Revenues in 1998 were 1.5 billion euros (which is about $1.3 billion in US dollars). I see the company's name on a mailbox in an apartment complex and buzz the appropriate number. A woman opens the door of a ground floor apartment and invites me in. I'm informed CEO Bruno Chauvat had seen my introductory letter but the main offices are in Brussels. Two women run the two-bedroom office here, which is mainly taking care of paper work.
