Saanen

It's only a few miles down the mountain from Gstaad and markets itself with its much bigger and fancier neighbor but, Saanen is distinct in its own right. Many of the homes in the village area look like the one in the photo on the left. Gstaad Airport, a runway on the patch of green behind the houses, is located in Saanen.
